Making of stupidity

Finally finishing up the rest of these sketches sold for Japan relief last year. There were a lot to do, and I probably would have had to take a couple solid weeks off to finish them all at once, which never quite happened. Instead I chipped away at them for way, way too long. I’ll probably pause…

Instantly when I saw the tiny picture that clearly had Bro and Dave on it I insta smashed my touchpad to open it up and oh for duck’s sake it was the best thing I’ve ever seen.

Well okay not really since I’ve seen a lot of stuff but it certainly ranks among like ‘the top 100 images that don’t include my characters or aren’t drawn by Jim Cheung’ list I have (every image Jim Cheung draws is gorgeous so I need to exclude him). It’s a very serious list and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Also I really dig Andrew’s traditional sketches. :0
